ABOUT TATJANA CADENOVIC
After my studies of Business & Economics I worked for big corporations, having the opportunity to lead global projects in 20+ countries and work across corporate hierarchies. My experience as a business consultant and having my own company helped me to develop sharp business skills and to acquire an in-depth understanding of how to tackle the challenge of successfully meeting a triple bottom line (reaching business goals of people, planet and profit). My years in the business world also made me understand that developing our human qualities is an inevitable necessity for any business of the 21st century to succeed.Several Vipassana 10 day silent meditation retreats, years of meditation practice and intense inner work changed my life and my perspective on almost everything. May it be my approach to business and leadership, my role as a woman or my responsibility on this planet. As systems are collapsing, social injustice is uncovered and our planet is at risk, it becomes clear that we need more courageous people who are ready to roll up their sleeves and take a stand: Change Makers, Visionaries, Creatives, Activists - Rebels of all kinds. Today I am a proud member of this community and passionate to co- create new systems based on qualities like the intelligence of the heart, consciousness and feminine wisdom.
