Manage hiring processes, including onboarding and offboarding employees and specific onboarding for additional advisors. Handle employee benefits management, coordinating with Paychex (salary), Guideline (401k), and health benefits. Plan and coordinate yearly dinner seminars and events. Oversee day-of event coordination, including set-up, opening, timeline management, and post-event scheduling. Oversee CRM management in coordination with Redtail and research and implement new CRM systems as needed. Maintain an active social media presence with holiday postings, event announcements, and engagement with prospects and clients. Manage drip campaigns for leads from various sources (Dave Ramsey, SmartAsset, events, referrals). Manage the New Business/Client Services Team. Oversee tracking for New Business and pending clients for accuracy and timeliness. Oversee IT management for the company. Manage office building operations, including lease agreements, improvements, and insurancerenewals.
