At my core I am a systems thinker and a lifelong learner. Whether it’s implementing strategies & systems to maximize team productivity and performance or ensuring Latino and BIPOC communities have to access opportunities for leadership and professional development, I thrive where I get to solve problems or make processes easier for people and communities. —Tatiana Rivera is a leader and professional, with over a decade of experience serving as a client-facing consultant, strategist, and project manager in the risk insurance and human resources industries. She is a strong communicator, dynamic, and resourceful, with a proven track record of delivering comprehensive solutions to multifaceted and complex projects.Tatiana is an expert in optimizing processes, leading change management, and facilitating large-scale program implementations. Tatiana consistently exceeds expectations through effective project management and stakeholder engagement. She strives to foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that diverse perspectives are respected and aligned.Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tatiana is a dedicated leader and mentor. As the President of the Denver Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), she spearheads initiatives that empower Latinx students, professionals, and leaders. Her contributions to the community have earned her several accolades, including being named a 30 Under 30 Latinx Leader by Hispanic Executive and NextGen Collective.Tatiana holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell’s online program.
