I am an experienced Department Chair, Program Coordinator, Professor in Business and Dual-Enrollment Liaison in higher education with demonstrated history of working in a community college setting, with a diverse student population. My additional responsibilities include designing curriculum, managing an educational program, student advising, career planning, mentoring students with a focusing both transfer to a 4-year school or enter the workforce. All these activities with a goal of growing the business program and increasing retention, as well as graduating students.
