This role instilled a strong foundation in client interaction and sales techniques within the multifamily housing sector.Transitioning to Winn Properties at Riverside Arms as an interim Property Manager for an affordable housing community, I gained critical insights into compliance and regulatory frameworks, particularly in preparing for HUD REAC inspections and managing Section 8 programs. I collaborated closely with developers and regional managers to ensure operational efficacy while adeptly handling resident relations to resolve issues and facilitate annual recertification.At Harbor Pointe in Bayonne, as an Assistant to the Senior Property Manager, I played a pivotal role during the transition to new ownership, overseeing daily operations for 560 units. This position required strategic communication with residents and adept management of maintenance requests, rent collections, and lease renewals to ensure high resident satisfaction and property integrity.Most recently, I served as a Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield at Eleven80 Newmark, where I oversaw daily operations, managed vendor relationships, and ensured proper financial management through meticulous budget allocation.
