Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities by educating executive leadership and key stakeholders on ImageFIRST’s services and value proposition• Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to C-suite and senior decision-makers, communicating service value, operational impact, and partnership benefits• Lead and support a team of Customer Advocates (drivers), reinforcing relationship standards and identifying potential growth opportunities• Follow up on warm leads generated through frontline service interactions, guiding consultative conversations with high-profile clients and leadership teams• Manage a CRM pipeline to track leads, engagement activity, and territory performance, using insights to prioritize outreach and support growth objectives• Review territory KPIs to inform strategy, follow-up cadence, and relationship development• Serve as the primary relationship point of contact within the territory, focused on trust, education, and long-term alignment
