ABOUT TATIANA P.
I turn complex digital experiences into intuitive services by putting user insights at the heart of product decisions. As a UX Researcher at Toyota Connected Europe, I lead studies on Electric Vehicle services from Smart Charging and Public Charging to in-car music streaming and vehicle security, helping shape the future of connected mobility. With a background spanning big tech (Meta, Apple), startups, and the public sector, I bring both agility and scale-thinking to my work. I’ve run end-to-end mixed-methods research that informed product strategy, guided design decisions, and improved services for thousands of users, from EV drivers across Europe to local residents in Greenwich.Holding a Master’s in Consumer Behaviour, I’m driven by a simple principle: design only works when it works for people. I’m passionate about making products inclusive, engaging, and grounded in real user needs and I thrive at the intersection of research, strategy, and service transformation.
