Squickr is a social startup on a mission to help talent build a long term career in Germany!It all started in 2019, when a group of internationals approached us during university and asked how to find a job after the graduation! We started with inviting some recruiters, bringing some pizza and beers and shared some information!During Covid and the online events our membership grew massively so we decided to focus :)We organize now events with our partners for:1. Long term career building2. Short term job search3. Networking4. Technical topics5. When I came to Germany I felt left alone! It was tough without speaking the language and having the feeling that everyone else was smarter, more experienced, and advanced much faster in their careers. Step by step I fought myself through interviews, Internships, working position jobs, and others. Making mistakes left and right - always having the feeling to be slow!Until I found the right place and joined! Now I am able to share my experiences with other internationals in Germany, who want to advance their career!
