With over 16 years of experience in the entertainment industry working with high profile celebrities along the likes (including but not limited to) Nas, Maino, Jadakiss, Wu-Tang, Mya, Busta Rhymes, Director (Lil) X, Producer Rockwilder, Rocnation, Bad Boy, Universal and more. Tatiana has a passion for helping all talent (especially musical artists) and entrepreneurs achieve their goals and dreams, while providing high-quality services and solutions to her clients and partners. As the CIO/CDO of TNV Entertainment (her prior company no longer with us).She was responsible for the technology infrastructure, information flow, business processes, and digital strategy of the corporation. She has successfully led the integration of the Internet into the long-term vision and the immediate business plans of TNV Entertainment, leveraging new tools and knowledge resources to enhance the performance and growth of the company. She also manages the financial risks and planning of the corporation, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Her core competencies include social networking, artist management, new media, digital transformation, process re-engineering, and financial management. She is a team player, a problem solver, and a visionary leader who believes in the power of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Her mission statement is to empower and inspire others to reach their full potential, while creating value and impact in the entertainment industry (eventually the world).
