Following Agile methodology, participating in Scrum meetings and testing each Sprint deliverables.• Developing, maintaining and executing manual test cases based on the requirements and writing manual and automatedtest cases through a Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).• Developing scenarios for writing Test Cases for assigned user stories and implementing in automation scripts, preparing Test cases and Test plans for new functional modules.• Working with test cases and automation test scripts and modified to accommodate new changes to the software/applications. • Performing UI, API, Smoke, Regression and Integration testing and reporting the results to the team.• Creating and maintaining the automation frameworks (BDD) from the scratch.• Developing and managing the automated tests within BDD (Behavior Driven Framework) framework using JAVA, Maven, Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber and Jenkins.• Great knowledge on Java Programming language, and using its OOP concepts within the framework.• Using Selenium for UI testing to find web elements by the XPath, CSS, Id, Tag, Name, and class locators.• Doing Regression testing at the end of each sprint to ensure the overall quality of product.• Using Postman for manual testing of Rest API, Rest Assured library for API automation (Put, Get, Delete and Post)and Swagger for the documentation.• Performing Serialization and Deserialization to convert object to the json and json to the object.• Using faster xml library for JSON file manipulation purposes in API Testing.• Involving in writing SQL Queries for backend testing using JDBC for database connectivity to trigger the data. • Analyzing user requirements for application enhancements and preparing testing specifications.• Writing SQL queries for data verification and PostgreSQL statements for back end testing.
