Understanding and interpreting legislations related to Avon’s products in IMED & GE markets including advertising, labelling/marking, claims and ingredient restrictions and any other business related horizontal or vertical regulations- Monitoring local implementation of EU Environmental and Sustainability related regulations and coordinating local departments to make sure that necessary packaging related reporting and tax payments are executed properly- Provides Regulatory advice to IMED & GE management and other associates on matters such as marketing and supply chain plans that balances risks and benefits/opportunities- Ensures that business impact is assessed and communicated as appropriate- Responsible for working with the appropriate regional regulatory team members to ensure Avon’s Beauty Plus and Beauty products sold, are compliant with appropriate legislation allowing them to be placed on the market in a timely way- Providing technical support to Marketing for Product Claims of Cosmetic products including claims permissibility review for IMED & GE- Responsible to make sure Cosmetovigilance process is followed and reported accurately and timely- Representing Avon at external industrial Associations
