As the Events and Program Manager at the Fresno Chamber of Commerce, I plan, coordinate, and execute major programs that connect business and community leaders while advancing the Chamber’s mission to support Fresno’s growth.I oversee signature events, including the State of the City, State of the County, Agricultural Awards, Valley Business Awards (featuring the prestigious Leon S. Peters Award), the Moe Bagunu Memorial Golf Tournament, and various retreats, committee meetings, and special programs throughout the year.From concept development to sponsorships, logistics, and marketing, I manage every stage of the event process. I collaborate with city officials, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers to ensure each event reflects the professionalism, purpose, and heart of the Chamber. I also maintain event communications, webpages, and social media to keep members informed and engaged.In addition, I manage Leadership Fresno, a nine-month leadership development program that has shaped civic and business leaders since 1984. Coordinating retreats, class days, and the community project, I help participants grow their networks and impact.I value creativity, professionalism, and collaboration, and my goal is to build events that unite people, celebrate leadership, and strengthen the Fresno community.
