Advising companies on how to align space with strategy – offering guidance through the complexities of leasing. My clients want an experienced advocate on their team; I ensure they are making informed real estate decisions. Working in partnership with industry leader and C&W Vice-Chair, Scott Wegmann, I support leadership teams through their company’s relocations, renewals, rightsizing, and new leases. From the earliest planning stages through lease execution, we deliver precise, informed real estate solutions that protect our client’s capital, time and brand. Examples of Projects we\'ve work on:Negotiated an early renewal to unlock expansion rights and avoid market-driven rent escalations.Structured a portfolio realignment across multiple leases to consolidate terms and reduce the portfolio\'s administrative burden. Advised a law firm through a phased relocation strategy - including swing space and build-out timing to avoid downtime. Identified a quiet ROFR opportunity that allowed a client to expand without disruption - 12 months ahead of their need. Led a multi-market site selection process for an established firm after a merger, coordinating test fits and capital planning across three cities. Whether we\'re saving a client $2M in renewal costs or securing future flexibility through growth clauses, our work is rooted in strategy, precision, and advocacy.Scope of Work: Test fit and program analysis in partnership with design teams. Site selection and landlord negotiation in competitive markets. Budgeting, timeline oversight, and strategic phasing for complex projects.
