Bryan Tate was sworn in as Register of Wills & Clerk of Orphans’ Court for York County on January 3, 2020. In this role, Bryan is primarily responsible for the administration of estates and to act as an agent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Revenue in the collection of inheritance taxes.
