Proven success in international relations and military-to-military cooperation, including fleet operations with the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Israel, Ukraine, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Georgia, and Bulgaria.I have commanded a new-construction Aegis Destroyer, an Aegis Destroyer Squadron, and a forward-deployed permanent naval Task Force. Recent operational assignments included sea-based combat action in Libya and Syria, and special operations in Northern Africa, the Black Sea, and the Baltic Sea.
