Associate Director with 20 years varied civil engineering experience in both public and private sector environments in the UK. Have been involved in the design, construction, supervision and management of various highway, traffic and transportation projects. Managed teams of engineers, carried out full project designs and supervised schemes on site in Site Agent and NEC Site Supervisor capacities. An Accredited NEC Project Manager with experience delivering projects using the NEC contract. Strong project management skills using PRINCE2 methodology to manage projects from the inception through to the delivery stage. Experienced in managing large budgets and clients. Design experience includes option engineering, estimating and the preparation of contract documents and drawings. Experience also includes, business development, recruitment of staff, overseeing staff training, client liaison and identifying new business initiatives.
