Tasneem has lived on 3 continents. She was born & raised in Asia, did her masters from Australia and is now living in America. She is a well-rounded person, having lived in many different places for years and experienced distinct cultures. These experiences have influenced her personality. She started her career as a web app developer using Microsoft products. She was hired to support MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Camstar now acquired by Siemens Over the years, her role has changed to include a lot of different responsibilities, including Solution Architect; IT support for critical manufacturing systems; validation lead in the FDA-regulated environment; Project Manager managing project teams, budgets, vendors & timelines; Product owner managing Product team, sprints, product promotion & client engagement. This experience has given her the ability to get a better idea of how different roles work with one another and how they contribute to the overall process. This insight allows her to make better decisions when it comes down to making final decisions. Volunteering has been a key aspect of her life because it works on a few fronts at once. It not only teaches her about herself, but also helps local charities. She volunteers for the American Red Cross, creating Power BI reports to monitor the effectiveness of North East regional programs. She mentors small businesses through SCORE, a nonprofit that provides resources to small business owners. She advises them on their business and marketing plans or helps them develop marketing strategies they can use for their own companies.
