About Tasneem Doola
As organizations pivot to sustainable business models now more than ever, I help leaders to unlock business value and drive long-term growth within planetary boundaries.My interest in sustainability has always been personal. What began as simple daily habits to save water and reduce plastic evolved into purpose when I led a sustainable business plan that earned my team a place as International Finalists at the HULT Prize Regional Summit. During my MBA at IIM Indore, I strengthened this foundation through an independent research project on sustainability, reinforcing my belief that meaningful change comes from integrating sustainability into everyday decisions. After all, there is no Planet B.In my role at EY’s Sustainability Centre of Excellence, I support global clients in accelerating their sustainability and ESG agendas. My work includes- Shaping ESG roadmaps and cross‑functional sustainability strategies- Building GTM strategies for India market- Enabling the Energy Transition agenda in India region - Solar, BESS and Agri-waste to energy- Supporting global climate and sustainability programs across sectors- Engaging clients and stakeholders to embed responsible practices into large‑scale transformation- Driving thought leadership and helping build the 4Ps‑in‑a‑Pod EY GDS Sustainability CommunityBefore EY, I worked at a large IT consulting and services firm, where I- Supported CXO‑level consulting engagement for a Fortune 500 client- Contributed to digital‑led transformations for sustainability, automotive, and industrial manufacturing clients across the US and Europe- Helped design go‑to‑market strategies, client workshops, and strategic pursuitsBeyond my professional role, I volunteer with The Hidden Oasis Pune, contributing to their growth strategy and financial management processes.I’m an avid reader and enjoy photography, writing, and sketching.
