   Ensure full compliance of EEO and OFCCP processes and regulations; Partner with Talent Manager to maintain training and meet all Intertek recruitment process requirements.• Complete in-take of requisition need, create requisitions and aggressively work to fill positions identified by key stakeholders within relevant Business Lines.• Communicate with Intertek team to facilitate client and hiring manager submittals.• Externally source qualified candidates utilizing electronic job boards, using tools such as Rigzone, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.• Maintain pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities (proactive sourcing).• Ensure LinkedIn sponsored job postings are managed properly for effective advertisement of key positions.• Pre-screen and conduct interviews of candidates to ensure proper alignment with the job requirements (including qualifications, availability, compensation, etc.) and ensure all candidates are properly vetted from a technical and competency perspective to meet company/client requirements. • Create and present potential candidates with Offer Letters, Independent Contractor Agreements, or consulting agreements; negotiate and close compensation agreements, including logistics, benefits, etc.• Interface with HR to ensure all onboarding and pre-screening requirements are met prior to the start date of candidate.• Interact with hiring managers to construct job descriptions, plan and place advertising; Source and recruit active and passive candidates while managing the application process.• Serve as liaison between employees and clients during quarterly employee reviews, provide official review documentation for personnel files and work directly with client to provide continuous employee improvement plans. • Operate as the lead point of contact for major oil and gas clients.• Train new recruiters and develop training material for all responsibilities of a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager.
