Reporting directly to the President & CEO, I lead Magellan Acquisition Group, a division responsible for Magellan & Foundation\'s multifaceted M&A activities and talent acquisition. We oversee talent for over 400 advisory firms in 49 states and the Magellan/Foundations corporate offices. We also manage the M&A Activities of our organization and do the same for our advisors when they seek to expand. We handle AI/Machine Learning, communications, and data analytics for the organization as well. I recruit, train, lead and develop teams in these unique areas.
