About Tashiah Singleton

I am a leader, educator, and operations powerhouse with over 10 years of experience in recruitment, learning and development, and operations. I am passionate about helping organizations maximize their impact by aligning their workplace systems, people, and culture with their business strategy. Currently, I serve as the Assistant Head of School for Operations at Hebrew Public, a network of diverse-by-design public charter schools that teach Modern Hebrew to children of all backgrounds. In this role, I oversee the operational systems, school-based human resources, and multi-million budget of the school. I also lead the operations team towards school-based and network goals that ensure a smooth operation of the administrative office, which includes student recruitment and enrollment, student and family engagement, attendance, technology procurement and maintenance, state testing, and compliance. Additionally, I leverage my expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and anti-racism to facilitate identity-based conversations and objectively meet the needs of all stakeholders involved. Personally: In my spare time I enjoy intense full-body workouts, book club sessions with friends, exploring new restaurants and recipes.
