Mr. MacMillen is a wildlife biologist/ecologist with 12 years experience in biological resource assessment in California. His strengths lie in leading biological monitoring teams to ensure CEQA/NEPA compliance, conducting species-specific surveys, conducting Storm water inspections, and conducting QA/QC of permits. He has conducted special status species surveys for the Lahontan cutthroat trout, coast range newt, arroyo toad, California red-legged frog, Pacific pond turtle, giant garter snake, California black rail, burrowing owl, California spotted owl, and salt-marsh harvest mouse, among others.\\\\n\\\\nMr. MacMillen has experience working with major utility companies and regulatory agencies (e.g, PG & E, Edison Energy, CDFW, USFWS and CPUC).
