Currently working as a Client Services Associate at H&R Block, where I manage high-volume client interactions daily, coordinate scheduling and office operations, handle confidential financial documents and cash transactions, and ensure smooth, accurate service delivery in an extremely fast-paced environment.Previously, I worked as a Financial & Business Analyst, supporting data-driven decision-making through market research, KPI analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. I also bring strong sales and relationship-building experience from a financial sales representative role, where I analyzed client needs, managed pipelines, created and maintain client files utilising CRM and delivered tailored solutions. I hold a STEM-designated Master’s degree in Business & Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (May 2025) and a Bachelors degree in Finance from North south University Dhaka Bangladesh ( Graduated dec 2023) I thrive in roles that combine people, operational process, and problem-solving, and I’m especially strong at turning complex client needs into clear, actionable and tailored solutions.I am eligible to work in the U.S. and open to opportunities that align with my skills and expertise.
