Previous to Real Estate, I held a position with the City of Beloit Treasury Dept as an Account Specialist. I assist the Treasurer with the Tax bill assessments, billing, assisted with the implementation of city ordinances, Assisted with the training of new employees pertaining to the cash handling functions. I completed all Special Assessment letter requests in the preparation of closing on home sales for title companies. I assisted with the City of Beloit Water Utility, billing process as well as customer service. I completed all general billing for the City of Beloit as well as assisting with daily bank deposits. During my tenure with the City I was able to attend the UW Green Bay Clerk/Treasurers Institute where I was able to gain knowledge and skills in state as well as local laws, pertaining to upkeep as well as tax preparation of properties. I have extensive training in work ethics, morals as well as in customer service to ensure that I am provided the best service possible. As a single mom I gain the drive and the motivation to always be the best that I can be.
