Provide front line technical support for 20+ energy training programs annually, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with professional safety and technical quality standards.•Coordinate program logistics, documentation, and technical material, meeting strict deadlines and proactively identifying barriers to success.•Serve as primary liaison between subject matter experts, clients, and participants to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges and achieve training objectives.•Supervise field safety as a designated RPS representative by keeping first-aid kit and AED on hand at all times, communicating best field practices to participants, and improvise course itinerary and protocol as needed. •Prepare detailed safety risk assessments reports, document processes for team standardization, and identify opportunities for automating manual processes.•Manage Learning Management System with consideration for user experience and instructor and client demand.
