I have worked in many areas of real estate over the years. My main focus has been on the residential side, but I have also done alot of work with land development and acquisition. I am a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR Certification (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), PSC, 5-Star & Equator REO certifications as well. I spend much of my time helping homeowners save their homes from foreclosure, successfully negotiating a short sale with their lender/servicer, while maintaining the value & minimizing loss to the lender or borrower. I work with REO properties, doing BPOs, CFK, Occupancy checks, evictions, code violations & all other duties associated with REOs. Specialties: Military Relocations, Short Sales, New Construction, First time homebuyers, Listing & Resale of Residential homes, REOs, BPOs.
