Delivery responsibilities include 1:1 and group coaching for participants, providing administrative and logistic services to the delivery team and participants, and contributing to group session and exercise design- Working Effectively in Small Teams (WEST): a remote learning experience designed for mid- to senior-level managers and their teams to boost productivity, expand communication, and cultivate trust in one another as they learn, practice, and play together. Includes developing skills like: learning how to learn together, giving and receiving productive feedback, and building or repairing trust with clients and colleagues- Ambassador of Possibilities (AoP): a remote learning program in which participants develop skills and sensibilities that expand their capacity to bring new possibilities to others in relationships of impeccable care. Includes developing skills like: becoming aware of how moods shape what we see as possible, cultivating emotional fortitude, building or repairing trust, expanding our ability to listen, and navigating disruptions in the worlds we inhabit together- Mobilizing! Producing Wisdom in a Troubled World: invented by Fernando Flores and Chauncey Bell, this program offers a new interpretation and set of practices for orchestrating transformation in social spaces (teams, organizations, communities) the midst of the \"poly-crises\" appearing at this moment in history.
