Phonexa is a startup that develops all-in-one marketing automation software for calls, leads, clicks, email, SMS, and accounting. I\'m responsible for requirements analysis, front and back-end testing, maintenance of Jira records on existing bugs, and automatic test support. In addition to that, I provide onboarding on new features to other functional teams. In my work, I was using Jira Confluence, Jenkins, Postmant, BurbSuit, Kibana, and IntelliJ IDEA.

ABOUT NATALIIA SHEBELYST QA
I’m a QA Engineer with over 4 years of experience in fintech, marketing, and process automation testing Web and mobile applications as well as REST API. I was working on multiple projects in multifunctional teams in agile environments. Furthermore, I’m familiar with SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks. On the tech side, I’m proficient with CI/CD processes and work with JAVA, Selenium, and Postman. I’m an expert in writing and debugging automation scripts. As a side project, I teach QA/QC students at one of the largest educational companies in the country. So far, I’ve helped over 200 students to master the craft and start a new career. One of my main strengths is a combination of solid theoretical knowledge combined with strong practical experience. Teaching students makes me rethink QA concepts and approaches and constantly find ways to improve them, leading to proactive detection of potentially problematic areas and, therefore, saving a lot of time for the development team early in the planning stage. Additionally, I have a keen eye for detail and a passion for finding bugs and defects in software systems. I enjoy collaborating with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases and a seamless user experience. My experience in fintech has given me an understanding of the importance of compliance and security in software testing, and I am committed to ensuring that all projects I work on meet industry standards and regulations. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new technologies and expanding my knowledge in the field of software testing. I am excited to continue my professional journey and make valuable connections with like-minded individuals in the QA community.
