Serves as the Training Resource Administrator and Train the Trainer for USAACE IPPS-A Team as well as the Action Officer in the absence of the Action Officer-Responsible for prioritizing the section assignments and ensuring conformance with all established regulatory and organizational policy while being actively engaged with higher headquarters and subordinates\' organizations to ensure the goals, objectives, and mission of the IPPS-A Team are met in a timely manner. Collaborates with peers and managers to provide the most updated information on IPPS-A requirements and milestones statuses. Identified the appropriate personnel within USAACE to participate in the TRADOC/IMCOM IPPS-A Brownout Working Group for the purpose to identify critical tasks that must be accomplished during the IPPS-A Brownout and discuss recommendations on how to maintain accountability of the New Recruits, Students/Trainees, Commissioned/Warrant Officer populations to achieve overall success during the transition from legacy systems. Coordinated with the IPPS-A Installation Coordinator (IC) to ensure the training resources and facilities are available to conduct Hands on training. Supports the IPPS-A IC with the scheduling of the Commanding General and Staffs Executive Summary New Material In Brief on IPPS-A. Provides weekly and monthly updates to the Director on the current implementation of IPPS-A. Coordinated attendees and reservations for the HQDA G1 IPPS-A Team briefing to the leadership with the local MPD.
