Ensures the consistency and integrity of family support service delivery across the Army and Air National Guard in all 54 States and Territories. This is a mandatory program that verifies that family readiness services have been internally assessed by the National Guard Bureau (NGB) and meet the quality standards established by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) as per DoDI 1342.22.Coordination and Support:Collaborates with NGB, J1, State Family Program Directors (SFPDs), Airmen and Family Readiness Program Mangers (AFRPMs) to provide seamless support throughout the certification process. Maintains OSD\'s Family Program Certification Management System (CMS) with up-to-date milestones, account credentials and accurate state locations. Training and Support:Develops training slides/curricula and conducts virtual training for state users on utilizing OSD\'s Family Program CMS, applicable regulations and understanding Services and Standards related to certification. Document Coordination and Review:Provides initial document review reports, identify deficiencies and suggesting corrections to support compliance with standards.Communicate with all levels of personnel to provide guidance.Site Visit Coordination and Support:Coordinates on-site visits to include handling logistical aspects and creating agendas. Attends on-site certification visits, leading administrative actions and conducting interviews with staff. Review and analyze files and verbal response.After Action Review and Reporting:Conducts after action reviews and prepares after action reports for approval and distribution. Analyze data collected during site visit interview and authors site visit and certification. Identify the need for more effective and efficient procedures.
