My legal practice focuses on intellectual property consulting and litigation with an emphasis on life science patent litigation. I counsel clients ranging from solo inventors and emerging companies in the biotechnology and biopharma industries to established international pharmaceutical and medical device companies. I have extensive experience consulting and litigating in the areas of small molecule and biologic pharmaceuticals (including antibody technologies), drug formulation and drug delivery technologies, diagnostics, protein biochemistry, and chemicals. I also make pro bono work a regular part of my practice, where I have served clients on issues related to patent applications, contract disputes, death penalty appeals, immigration matters, and amicus briefing.
