My consulting work is grounded in more than a decade of experience as a senior marketing executive, leading high‑performing teams across brand, field marketing, customer experience, and multicultural strategy.I bring a dual lens to every engagement: the strategic rigor of a marketing leader who has owned growth outcomes, and the organizational behavior expertise of a consultant who understands how culture, communication, and leadership drive performance.
