ABOUT TASHA CHASE
I have expanded my knowledge in social justice through my most current work in both institutionalized and community based law positions. I have found that working with marginalized individuals to support their overall well-being to be some of the best work I have done. During my time at Fleming College I was an active participant both academically, and as an Ambassador for the school. Some of my accomplishments are noted below-Recipient of the Student Excellence award at Fleming College -Part of new orientation group for new Law and Justice students at Fleming College, Peterborough-Participated in promotional video for new students, Fleming College, Peterborough. Throughout my B.A.(hons) my major was Legal Studies with a specialization in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a minor in Communications. I was afforded skills and knowledge in labour and employment law, family mediation and various communication courses. I look forward to continued growth and learning through my career aspirations.
