Generate and maintain routine data reports, including the twice weekly Long term care (LTC) report, master code, congregate care report, hospital capacity report, and coordinator case count Excel sheets; write, maintain, and debug report codes in SAS (Twice Weekly LTC report, Master code, Congregate care report)- Utilize Communicable Disease Management System (CDMS), Tableau, and REDcap for additional analysis and surveillance on CRE, CAU, and High Concern Antibiotic Resistant Organisms (HARO) cases in the city- As National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) Coordinator for PDPH, address any NHSN questions, prepare and present on NHSN Updates in monthly LTC meetings- As the health equity advisor for the HAI program, launched the MDRO health equity project, which included developing a project plan, submitting it for IRB approval, collaborating with other programs to obtain the needed data, conducting data and spatial analysis, and presenting abstracts at several conferences- As server administrator, maintain smooth operation, security, and availability of SAS for the department.
