Hello! My name is Taryn Vis-Ridings, a PNW native with a background in sales operations and product and program management. I enjoy problem solving, and excel in strategy-based positions. I find purpose in using my strong analytical skills to find new and inventive ways to accomplish goals as efficiently as possible.My emphasis on knowing the \"why\" as much as the \"how\" allows me to work independently and solve challenges beyond the immediate horizon. Nothing gives me more satisfaction that knowing I\'ve risen above others expectations, and I constantly seek out feedback to improve my own work style and become a more effective team member. As someone who is both big picture and detail oriented, I find I work best when I can see a project from start to finish. My go-to work style is to partner with visionaries, and help bring their \'big picture\' goals into reality.
