I serve as a senior leader advancing a culture of holistic wellbeing across a single-site CCRC with approximately 650 residents. My role oversees Independent Living Clinical Services (Physician Services, Nursing Services, and Supportive Care), Social Work & Transitions, Resident Life, and a contracted Spa/Salon. A large portion of my role is intrapreneurial, as I work to develop a new Home and Community-Based Services portfolio to strengthen aging-in-place options and diversify revenue. In addition, I serve as the primary liaison to the Residents’ Council to ensure transparency and collaboration. Current initiatives include launching a self-operated group respite program, piloting CREATE (an art therapy program for residents with cognitive impairment and their caregivers), and co-sponsoring the implementation of a resident engagement technology platform that will modernize communication and enable the data-driven evaluation of programs and services.
