They\'re content creators and strategists, attracting new customers and employees while celebrating existing ones. With a strategic focus on the Lee Myles mission, they ensure all marketing aligns with Company Fundamentals and generates a positive return on investment. The Marketing Director cultivates relationships through Outside Sales visits, building a network of mutually-beneficial connections. They supervise other Sales Reps and Digital Marketers as the company expands, and occasionally lend their support to Lee Myles locations. With a keen eye for marketing strategies, digital content creation, SEO, and employee engagement, the Marketing Director orchestrates a symphony of marketing efforts to elevate the Lee Myles brand. I channel my extensive background in digital marketing and content creation into making a real impact. Since starting here in 2023, I\'ve had the thrilling experience of being part of our expansion from two locations to a brand new fourth! A significant part of this journey has been re-invigorating our outside sales and networking program. This has led me to personally connect with over 400 businesses in Berks County and the surrounding areas – often beginning with a friendly \"hello\" and a strategic offering of cookies.
