   In this role, I am charged with serving as Program Lead for events and managing related projects. I develop agendas, content, marketing collateral, drive event execution, and oversee post-event assessment for surgeon-related events, internal sales events, and sales meetings with up to 1,500 attendees. I target international markets in Australia, Korea, Japan, NZ, and Canada to encourage surgeons to attend events while supporting the development of educational content utilizing HCP input, and lead Medical Education production coordination, logistics, and content delivery. Value added: Seamlessly organized in-class and virtual courses, provided data and input to training and work streams, and partnered with field sales, marketing, and senior executives to develop training needs and communications plan. Led cross-functional team for build-out and utilization of 2021 NASM Cvent virtual attendee hub, including registration of employees, layout and creative elements, assignment of personalized agendas, and site support. Spearheaded strategic launch of virtual Customer Experience Program on the Zoom platform. Executed return of in-person Joint Replacement Customer Experience Program, including program updates, communications to key program stakeholders, and alignment to business priorities. Facilitated transition of Customer Experience Program to dedicated trauma and extremities business units. Collaborated with cross-functional teams on logistics planning for customer & sales focused events, including Mako Certifications, AAOS, and internal meetings. Initiated, conceptualized, and developed DE & I program \"Women in Joint Replacement,\" which helped build peer-to-peer relationships in joint replacement.
