Austin Women in Technology (AWT) develops and maintains monthly events designed to provide education and insights into the tech community while providing opportunities to network. Our calendar includes speaker presentations, panel discussions, philanthropic events, happy hours, and special \"Members Only\" events. My journey with AWT started as a member in 2019 and then I shortly became the Membership Director in the same year. As the Membership Director, I manage a small team that supports our AWT members and non-members, oversees our annual Mentorship program and engages in our Austin community to better promote women in tech. I currently support our Women in Tech Summit at the Austin Innotech conference. I also represent AWT at other events in the Austin tech scene and during technical conferences.
