ABOUT TARYN NEWTON-GILL

Hello! I\'m Taryn, and a dating and relationship coach with an expertise in Attachment Theory. I also am a certified professional life coach with Transformation Academy. I came to this work through my personal experience struggling to find a partner who was emotionally available, and wondered why I was attracted to people who weren\'t respectful or wanting to commit. After years of deep diving into myself through yoga, Vipassana meditation, and a genuine curiosity in personal growth, I started to gain some more confidence in my worth. But it was when I stumbled upon Attachment Theory (a branch of psychology that studies how humans bond in intimate relationships) that I was truly able to see myself clearly and understand why my relationships weren\'t working. With this new insight, I met my now husband and best friend on Tinder, and committed to sharing this invaluable information about human connection with others, as I think this is invaluable information that everyone should know about! Now, with my nearly 20 years of dating experience and this life-changing science-backed framework, I coach women (and sometimes men and non-binary folks) on how to date and be in secure, intimate relationships that last. My method is a holistic approach combining what I consider to be the three pillars of \"truer\" love: confidence, consciousness, and intuition. This translates to helping people increase their self-esteem, providing them with effective awareness, knowledge, and tools about themselves and others, and working with them to listen to and trust their intuition, which is our greatest guide of all when it comes to love.
