I build systems that make multifamily work better for owners, operators, regulators and the people who call it home.I specialize in navigating complex regulatory environments while driving operational clarity, consistency and scale. My work spans conventional multifamily and affordable housing programs, compliance and risk management, where I have built high performing teams and translated regulatory requirements into practical business forward solutions.Currently as the Vice President of Compliance and Centralization, I oversee affordable compliance strategy while leading centralization initiatives that modernize property operations, reduce risk, and deliver measurable value. I am particularly passionate about proving that compliance and innovation are not competing priorities, they are strongest when aligned.My career bridges the public sector, nonprofit organizations, legal and private industry giving me a holistic perspective on housing as both an asset class and essential infrastructure. With a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, I bring a legal lens to decision making, governance and risk management, without losing site of people and outcomes.I believe leadership is about building trust, asking better questions, and leaving systems stronger than you found them. I am always open to conversations around governance, housing policy, operational strategy and if the conversation turns to dogs, I am just as fluent.
