After taking a quick pause from a full-time commitment at Nike Inc for 25 years, I have shifted to two incredible opportunities. The first is to support my community through both volunteerism and Board of Directors level support at Store to Door Oregon. This nonprofit organization provides an affordable, personal volunteer-based grocery shopping and delivery service for seniors and adults with disabilities, serving over 700 clients. Now celebrating 35 years of supporting the community, Store to Door continues to phase into new processes to be provide food access, social connections, and community Support to some of Portland’s most vulnerable residents.The second is to support L-Cheng as a technical consultant in developing new and advanced textile products for the consumer goods industry.
