About Taryn Gordon

Finding joy and creating balance are two things that drive me in my career decisions. At Anthropologie I created product assortments that brought joy to the customer and always offered a line that catered to the many hats women wear in their lives. I utilized analytics to drive decisions and create balanced assortments to grow sales. I have 7 years of experience with a range of categories: dresses, swim, active, lingerie, and sleep. Throughout my career I have become a dedicated manager who is not above any task to help the team succeed. I find personal joy in watching my team grow. Recently I managed a small business, a yoga studio and as a highly motivated individual this experience challenged me to find creative solutions to problems that small businesses face. During the pandemic I took on new roles like supporting the launch of an on demand website, content creation, and social media management. I helped find balance on the team during a turbulent time while bringing my positive attitude to the situation. Teaching yoga and taking classes were a bright spot of this role as well. Outside of work you can find me spending time with my dog, Tater Tot, trying new recipes, attempting to propagate my succulents, and exploring my new city of Chicago with my husband.
