With over a decade of leadership and business experience, I\'ve had the privilege of holding leadership roles such as Store Director and currently, Senior Human Resources Manager. Throughout my career, my focus has been on optimizing operations and driving HR strategies to support the overall goals and needs of the business and its employees.As a Store Director, I honed my skills of leading a team of 200+ employees, managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams. Now, as a Senior HR Manager at Dollar General Corporation, I leverage these experiences to provide comprehensive HR support to field operations. My role involves developing HR strategies and initiatives, managing and optimizing HR programs, and guiding leaders in the field towards growth and career progression.My approach to HR is both strategic and people-centric, with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive work culture and championing employee engagement. I am a firm believer that a company\'s success is built on the foundation of its people, and I am committed to serving as a bridge between employees and management to create a strong culture.
