   Serves as team leader for Trellix ESS (formerly McAfee HBSS) as a contractor for the Air Force.• As a Federal Government contractor, I serve as the Trellix (McAfee) ePO Administrator for a large enterprise.• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Trellix (McAfee) ePO policies for managed systems on production networks and provide system administrator support, operation, and maintenance of the clients ePO servers.• Implement security controls and hardening on various operating systems in accordance with IA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and all ACAS findings.• Performs a wide range of tasks/projects, independently or as a member of a team, in the administration, development, delivery, and support of IT applications, systems, and services• Participates as a team or project leader with others in a virtual environment accountable to the EOC Supervisor.• Coordinate and interface with a team of system administrators and network engineers to configure required security products, monitor potential impacts, and resolve issues.• Plan, coordinate, and install Windows systems updates including hot fixes, security patches, and firmware during scheduled monthly maintenance to the ePO servers.• Work with other systems, network, IA, storage engineers in mitigations relating to managed systems and applications issues and vulnerabilities.• Utilizes experience, discretion, judgement, and knowledge in the planning, execution, operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.• Train junior Trellix (McAfee) ePO administrators to enhance their skill levels.
