About Tarush Meshram
I have more than 17+ years experience in the oil & gas downstream industries and gained a significant experience in the development of Operator Training Simulators (OTS), dynamic studies (DS), Digital Twin, Detailed engineering and Front end engineering design activities for the oil and gas refineries. I have worked in the area of dynamic simulation of process units in refineries with hands on experience on UniSim Design, HYSYS, DYNSIM and Shadow Plant.

Currently involved with ADNOC CPAD Project for APM and APR deliveries. • Have gained domain expertise in following processes providing dynamic simulation-Atmospheric CCR-UOP Cycle Max II & CCR-Naphtha Hydrotreater and Platforming• Steady State Model development for customer to validate H & MB Values. • Platforming reactor development using PFR approach.• Atmospheric CCR process simulated with PLC integrated.• Dynamic simulation scenarios developed in UniSim Operation Suit, evaluated, and delivered.• End to end delivery with EKPS and Tricon integrated dynamic simulation models.• End to end delivery with Foxboro (Emulated/Direct Connect) and Tricon integrated dynamic simulation models.• CCR Triconex logic translation, compilation, and integration.• Collaborative testing for developed Scenarios with end customer along with UOP team during SAT.• Led and monitored project team, technical proposal preparation, KOM, site visits and installation.• Orchestrated technical support to project team in project management, resource planning, custom model development, conducting customer meetings and training.• Conducted acceptance tests with end customer, including evaluation of process efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and safety. • Hardware testing with Customer and installation at site.
