I can lead and grow world-class product teams from 5 to 25 people.**Currently at Amazon, building next gen Recommendations and Notifications system for Amazon B2B marketplace team.Previously at Wayfair led the Content Personalization product/engg. team and was also fortunate to lead the Search, Recommendations & Personalization product team at Home Depot. I love combining customer data, ML, and user design to dynamically deliver experiences such as recommendations to millions of customers who visit the site and share their context (device, location etc.).
