   As a Senior Product Manager on the M365 core team, responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of the cloud cache service, which is currently one of the largest sources of third-party data in M365. Catering to more than 80 million monthly active users and growing, responsible for authenticating and real time two-way syncing of user data. Allowing multiple 1st party client teams to build experiences on top to introduce users to the Microsoft product ecosystem. Key responsibilities include: E2E Product Ownership: Leading the development and enhancement of service that powers third-party integrations for various 1st party clients, supporting millions of monthly active users. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with multiple engineering, product, and service teams to identify investment areas, aligning them with product release criteria and strategies. Data-Driven Decision Making: Building data analytics pipeline to identify KPIs to indicate Business, Performance and health metrics. Developing proof-of-concept solutions to test and ascertain requirements during the product incubation stage for Go/NoGo for a feature. User Experience Improvement: Focusing on improving the quality and security of the cloud cache service, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across all platforms and helping Microsoft grow market share.
