I have an MBA in Business Analytics from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from KL University.In my previous role as a Business Analyst at Uber, I developed and implemented the VOB Dashboard project for the INSA region, which accurately tracked new FTs onboarded across various virtual onboarding platforms. I also created a robust and automated dashboard to provide weekly updates to key stakeholders, resulting in improved visibility and transparency into the onboarding process. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the supply ops team to implement changes and ensure seamless integration with existing processes. I also developed a Python script that automated the process of activating newly onboarded Sri Lanka Courier Partners, reducing the need for manual intervention and minimizing the potential for fraud or suspicious activities. These projects demonstrate my skills in data analytics, strategic problem-solving, and project management, as well as my ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
