About I am a dedicated and detail-oriented legal professional with over two years of hands-on experience in litigation and regulatory practice, specializing in corporate insolvency, criminal litigation, white-collar crime, and consumer disputes. My practice spans multiple forums, including the NCLT/NCLAT, DRT/DRAT, District and High Courts, and tribunals like APTEL and CERC. Currently working at Kapil Sapra and Associates (KSA Legal), New Delhi, I have had the privilege of representing clients in high-stakes commercial disputes, arbitration, electricity regulation matters, and criminal cases involving the NI Act, Factories Act, and forest law violations. I regularly appear in insolvency proceedings involving complex issues of liquidation, personal guarantors, and SARFAESI Act matters. Previously, at DSK Legal, I focused on corporate law and regulatory litigation with a concentration on the Electricity Act, 2003, the IBC, and the Companies Act. My responsibilities involved in-depth legal research, drafting, and supporting senior counsels in high-level client briefings. My foundational experience was shaped at Cicero Law Firm, where I handled criminal trials, bail applications, white-collar crime, and money laundering cases.
